C.J. joined the firm as a law clerk in 2015 while attending law school and returned as an attorney in 2018. He represents alarm companies in asset and stock acquisitions and acquisition financing. He also assists clients in drafting alarm contract forms and in matters related to corporate formation, qualification, and governance.
Franci’s clients benefit from her strong advocacy skills obtained from her previous litigation experience, which includes representing corporate and bank clients in a variety of complex civil litigation matters. Since 2017, Franci has counseled numerous clients in acquisitions of security alarm and fire suppression companies ranging from one hundred thousand dollars to multi-million-dollar transactions.
Leveraging more than fifteen years of experience in non-profit executive leadership and organizational development, Shannon focuses her law practice in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, business formation, and general corporate law. Representing clients on both the buy and sale side, Shannon helps security alarm clients navigate asset and equity-based transactions from the due diligence phase though contract negotiation and post-closing transition matters.
