Stephen joined the Law Offices of Marc P. Katz in 2018 as a law clerk and is now an Associate Attorney. He represents clients in both acquisitions and acquisition financing. In addition, Stephen advises clients on formation, qualification matters, and general corporate governance.

While attending law school, Stephen obtained a Master of Business Administration, which provides Stephen with a helpful understanding of day-to-day business operations.

C.J. joined the firm as a law clerk in 2015 while attending law school and returned as an attorney in 2018. He represents alarm companies in asset and stock acquisitions and acquisition financing. He also assists clients in drafting alarm contract forms and in matters related to corporate formation, qualification, and governance.

Leveraging more than fifteen years of experience in non-profit executive leadership and organizational development, Shannon focuses her law practice in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, business formation, and general corporate law. Representing clients on both the buy and sale side, Shannon helps security alarm clients navigate asset and equity-based transactions from the due diligence phase though contract negotiation and post-closing transition matters.
