Michelle Beecher Lanosga
Senior Associate
Michelle Beecher Lanosga is a senior associate with the Law Offices of Marc P. Katz, LLC. She joined the firm in 2013 and represents clients in a variety of transactions, including asset and stock purchases, acquisition financing, mergers and general corporate and contract matters, primarily within the context of the security alarm industry. Michelle has experience representing both buyers and sellers, from the early stages of an acquisition through negotiations, document preparation and closing. She enjoys working closely with clients during all phases of a transaction to strive for the best result in each unique situation. Michelle also enjoys the firm’s collaborative environment, which enables the team of attorneys to provide clients with enhanced personal attention and responsiveness, as well as the benefit of shared experience.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Marc P. Katz, LLC, Michelle practiced with litigation firms and as a sole practitioner. She has worked in the areas of real estate, civil rights, tort, criminal and family law and was a registered mediator. Michelle also has experience as an administrative law judge and regularly served as a judge pro tempore in county civil court.
