Prior to joining the Law Offices of Marc P. Katz, Franci had more than 10 years of litigation experience representing corporate clients in all phases of complex civil commercial litigation in state and federal court. Franci’s clients benefit from her strong advocacy skills obtained in her work at a boutique law firm in Indianapolis and a national law firm in Arizona, including trials, appellate oral arguments, government audits, compulsory arbitrations, settlements conferences, and mediations involving a wide variety of legal areas. Following law school, Franci served as a law clerk to the Honorable Patricia A. Orozco (Retired) of the Arizona Court of Appeals. During law school, she served as a Managing Editor and a Staff Writer for the Arizona State Law Journal and externed for the Honorable Barry C. Schneider (Retired) at the Maricopa County Superior Court and the Civil Rights Division of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office.
Since 2017, Franci has counseled numerous clients in acquisitions of security alarm and fire suppression companies ranging from one hundred thousand dollars to multi-million-dollar transactions. She enjoys working with a variety of clients, including small local operators, large regional companies, and national and international companies located all over the United States of America.
